Positive: The apartment itself was fine - clean and easy to find. But our whole experience was marred by the poor communication and difficulties we had with the hosts to obtain the keys.
Negative: Really struggled with communicating with the host re. the lockbox and check-in. We had to collect the keys from a lockbox - the code for which was to be sent to us on the day of arrival upon paying a deposit. A link was sent to pay the deposit. We made the payment - but did not receive any confirmation or notice about the deposit being paid, and there was no update re. the lockbox code. When we reached out to the hosts - one of them suggested that we make the deposit payment again (which we were reluctant to do, as our card had already been charged once, and the deposit was quite a large amount). The host did say that it was just a card imprint and would be returned upon checkout - but that did not alleviate our concerns given that the card had been charged once, and now we are being asked to make the payment again, with no guarantee that we would get the code or guidance on when we would get the code. The host was not helpful beyond that. Subsequently - we received the code via an email from the booking website. Check-in time was 5pm, and we received an email around 5.15pm. We messaged the hosts earlier in the afternoon. The hosts could have instructed us to wait until 5pm to receive the code - rather their first reaction was to ask us to pay the deposit again, with no assurance or proper guidance. There were also two hosts numbers - one of them did not even pick up our calls, and replied the next day after we had checked out - saying we would get the code at 5pm. It was very stressful and we were very disappointed with the way the communication was handled. The apartment was fine, but the communication really upset us.
Summary: Apartment was good; but poor communication.

Negative: It seems that there’s issue with the house’s thermal isolation, it was cold despite all windows were closed & heaters were turned on. The hot water tank need a fair amount of time to heat up & we encountered few incidents of main fuse ECB tripping, luckily the fuse box was easy to find.
